(Description)
The Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) is a South African public entity responsible for developing skills and training within the transport sector. It is one of the country’s Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), established under the Skills Development Act of 1998.
TETA focuses on industries such as road transport, rail, aviation, maritime, and logistics, helping to build a skilled workforce through learnerships, training programmes, and funding initiatives aligned with the National Skills Development Plan.
The Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) employee awareness campaign aims to enhance internal communication and engagement through visually compelling design materials. This project involves the creation of banners, email banners, and in-house posters that effectively communicate key messages, initiatives, and updates to employees across the organization.
The objective is to develop a cohesive visual identity that aligns with TETA’s brand while ensuring clarity, accessibility, and impact. Designs will be tailored for both digital and physical platforms, promoting awareness of training opportunities, policies, and organizational goals. By combining strong visual storytelling with strategic messaging, the campaign will foster a more informed, engaged, and motivated workforce.
The project faces challenges in communicating effectively to a diverse workforce, maintaining brand consistency across digital and print materials, and capturing employee attention. Additional difficulties include managing content updates and approvals, as well as ensuring printed materials remain relevant over time.
The project resulted in a cohesive set of visually engaging banners, email banners, and in-house posters that effectively communicate key messages to TETA employees. The designs align with the organization’s brand identity while ensuring clarity and accessibility across both digital and print platforms.
Overall, the campaign improved internal awareness, strengthened communication, and contributed to a more informed and engaged workforce.
